Full setup + ongoing support

If you’re looking for a trusted partner to manage the tech side of your business while you focus on your work, this package offers setup and continued backend support.

We’ll start with a 90-minute kickoff session to get clear on your needs, goals, and preferred tools. From there, I’ll take the lead on setup and stay on board to manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and support launches or changes as they arise.

This package is best suited to solopreneurs who want consistency and clarity behind the scenes, without hiring a full-time team member.

Important note:
This package depends on the level of support you need and whether I currently have the capacity to take on long-term clients. As with any business owner, I’m mindful of my time and commitments and I’ll always be transparent about whether I’m the right fit for what you’re building.

  • Full initial platform setup

  • Monthly check-ins or support windows

  • Retainer-based availability for updates, launches, and tweaks

+Add-on Services

While most of my work focuses on setting up all-in-one platforms, there are times when your business might need something more specialized. These optional add-ons are available for clients who are building education-focused learning experiences, selling physical or digital products, or looking for better ways to manage and organize their work behind the scenes.

Workflow Strategy + Setup

Whether you’re juggling ideas for blog posts, planning your next course, or trying to stay on top of client projects—having a simple, reliable system can make a big difference.

This add-on is for solopreneurs who want support setting up a project management tool that actually fits the way they work. I can help you create workflows in project management software like ClickUpTrello,  Notion, or Zoho Projects—something as straightforward as a content calendar for your blog and newsletter, or as detailed as a full course development process.

We’ll choose the right tool together, and I’ll set it up so it’s ready for you to use—without the overwhelm.

Online School Setup

Most all-in-one platforms I work with offer robust course-building tools, including certificates, quizzes, and automations—more than enough for most solopreneurs creating digital products, coaching programs, or stand-alone courses.

That said, in some cases, a dedicated learning management system (LMS) might be a better fit, especially if you're designing courses using software like Articulate with the intention of delivering structured training to organizations or teams.

Simple Shop Setup

While most of my work focuses on all-in-one platforms, I do offer basic Shopify setup for solopreneurs who sell physical or digital products and need a clean, functional storefront.

Shopify is a great option if you're focused primarily on product sales.

That said, if your business also includes digital services—like courses, coaching, or memberships—and you’re looking for automation, email campaigns, and scheduling all in one place, then an all-in-one platform may be the better fit.

Every business is different, and I’m happy to help you figure out what will support yours best.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of using an all-in-one platform?

All-in-one platforms are designed to keep your business simple by combining courses, memberships, email marketing, payments, and automations in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools (and paying for each one), you get a streamlined system that saves time and helps you focus on what matters most: your clients and your content.

Some platforms are more complete than others. For example, Simplero not only handles course delivery and payments but also gives you built-in email and CRM tools, so you don’t have to piece everything together.

How long does setup take?

It varies depending on your package and the complexity of your project. Most clients launch within 3–6 weeks. I’ll give you a clear timeline during our kickoff session so you know exactly what to expect.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Many of my clients come to me specifically because they don’t want to deal with the tech alone. I’ll guide you step-by-step, keeping it as clear and simple as possible.

How do I know if I need an LMS instead of an all-in-one platform?

Most solopreneurs find an all-in-one platform more than meets their needs for course creation and community building, plus all-in-one's don't only offer courses and community, they also offer memberships, worksheets, email campaigns, funnels, pipelines and more all in ONE place.

An LMS might be the better fit if you’re an organization building an online school, offering multiple structured programs, building courses in Articulate using SCORM format and/or delivering training to teams or organizations.

How is working with you different from hiring a VA or freelancer?

Many VAs and freelancers will set things up for you, but they don’t always teach you how to use them, or they create systems that make you dependent on them for every edit.

My approach is different. I build your setup with integrity and clarity, so you feel confident running it yourself. And when I recommend platforms, I focus on long-term ease—Simplero is often a fit because it keeps things simple without sacrificing growth.

Can I choose which platform we use?

Yes. In our kickoff session, we’ll look at your goals, content, and workflow, then decide together which platform is the best fit. While I have experience with several all-in-one platforms, my preferred choice is often Simplero because it combines flexibility, strong built-in tools, and long-term scalability.

That said, the final decision is always about what works best for your business.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

Only the Tech Partner package includes ongoing monthly support. All other packages are project-based, with the option to add retainer support later if it makes sense.

What’s included in the Workflow Strategy + Setup add-on?

It depends on your needs. It could be as simple as a content calendar for your blog, newsletter, and social media, or as detailed as a multi-phase course development workflow.

We’ll choose the right tool (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Zoho Projects etc..) and structure it together so it’s easy for you to use.

What if I outgrow my platform later?

That’s a common concern—and one reason I often recommend Simplero. Many solopreneurs start with a simple setup but quickly realize they need more advanced features like automated email campaigns, flexible course structures, or better client management. Switching platforms later can be stressful and expensive.

Simplero has the flexibility to start small and scale with you, so you don’t have to worry about moving your whole business when you’re ready to grow.

Isn’t it cheaper to use separate tools instead of an all-in-one?

It might look cheaper at first, but once you add up subscriptions for course hosting, email marketing, booking tools, landing page builders, and payment processors, it often costs more than an all-in-one. You also spend extra time trying to connect everything and fixing things when they break.

All-in-ones bring everything together in one place, so you save both money and stress over time.
